Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills.
One of our clients, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Technical Account Manager. This position is on-site and exempt.
The salary is $60K+ (BOE), plus commission.
Summary of Responsibilities :
Identifying all technical issues for managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and contributing to company sales performance.
Partnering with Engineering department for sales related matters.
Assuring and maintaining complete customer satisfaction.
Articulate product positioning to current and potential customers.
Summary of Qualifications :
1+ year of B2B manufacturing sales experience required.
Highschool diploma / GED Required; College degree in related field a plus.
Comprehensive understanding desktop / SCARA robots, servo press and related products.
Working understanding of electronics and factory automation.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication skills for customer interactions via phone and email or in-person.
Willingness to travel for sales matters (tradeshows, customer visits etc.)
