Requirements : Successful completion of an accredited RN programCurrent RN NH LicenseBLS, ACLS, PALS required2 years experience in the EDQualifications / Skills / Experience : Requires sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Requires bending, crouching or kneeling. Requires use of hands, keyboarding, and fine motor skills, lifting up to twenty poundsOccasionally moving objects up to 100 poundsMust be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate careMust be flexible and cool under pressureMust be able to balance compassion with their own self-careIs able to de-escalate difficult situations with verbal de-escalation techniques and or nonverbal methodsAble to work as a team, able to recognize the scope of the team members’ roles and responsibilities able communicate and collaborate effectively, collaborate with external team members, such as first respondersExcellent communication ensuring a seamless transfer of care
