We need dedicated Warehouse Associates!
CTEMS is a leading provider of engineering and contract manufacturing services specializing in custom cable design and assembly;
cable harness design and assembly; and electro-mechanical box builds. Our products enable our customers to deliver the most precise and innovative technology solutions.
Our customers include in a broad range of tech-driven, high growth companies in the semiconductor, imaging, electric vehicle manufacturing, and solar manufacturing markets.
Summary
The Warehouse Associate will focus on shipping & receiving inventory and finished goods. This will include receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency;
and preparing material daily to support CTEMS production. Warehouse Associates who excel in the role help CTEMS meet on-time delivery for our customers, and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver and pickup materials to and from customers as needed
- Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable & identifiable
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their assembly needs
- Pull material, restock, and return excess materials
- Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse
- Complete auditable records : packing slips, pick lists, job close out paperwork
- Use computer software system to issue and receive material
- Additional duties as needed
Requirements :
- Must be able to handle packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.
- Computer skills are preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts preferred.
