Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of students with disabilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction that supports academic growth and fosters independence
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize ongoing assessment data to inform instructional practices and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
- Cultivate a positive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes social-emotional development
Requirements :
- Bachelor's in Special Education or related degree
- Moderate-Severe Certification
- Valid California teaching certification in Special Education
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting equity and inclusivity in education
