Work Schedule : Full time MondayFriday; Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Benefits :

• Total Pay Package : $per week for 40 hours / week
• Eligibility : Based on qualifying for the position and allowances
• Inclusiveness : Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances
• Pay Frequency : Semimonthly

• Note : Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments and follow ups per the facilitys policies
• Experience in handling tube feedings and nutrition support
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with DOH / state / federal regulations and company standards
• Capable of performing duties independently without training or direction

Requirements :

• Registered Dietitian as per the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience as a Registered Dietitian
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with electronic charting systems
• Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations

Job Requirements :

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school
• Registered Dietitian as per the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• At least 1 year of professional work experience in the field
• Ability to work independently while striving to provide the best in patient care
