To join our team as an IT Support Operations Manager ! The IT Support Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Client Services Support department, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations, systems, and applications.
This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, coordinating with other departments, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services.
You MUST have IT experience to be considered for this role. Preference for candidates in the EST zone.
In this role, you will...
- Establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals, and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for his / her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality.
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop, maintain, and follow incident management processes, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
- Plan, execute, and manage IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for project implementation and support.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems.

- 8+ years applicable IT
- 2+ years of project management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in another technical discipline. or 8+ years of demonstrable operations management or project management experience is acceptable.
- Be familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
