We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in OTT streaming and a background in the film or TV industry, looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and platform growth.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, public relations, and advertising.
- OTT Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of the OTT streaming industry to position our platform as a key player in the space, attracting both creators and viewers.
- Brand Development : Elevate our brand by crafting creative campaigns and positioning the platform as the go-to destination for independent filmmakers.
- Collaborate with Executives : Partner with the executive team to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring successful collaboration with both internal staff and external vendors.
- Partnerships & Outreach : Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and engagement.
- Market Research & Insights : Use industry trends and audience data to refine strategies and optimize marketing performance.
- Budget Management : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign ROI.
Qualifications :
- Proven OTT Experience : Strong background in marketing within the OTT streaming space is preferred.
- Film / TV Marketing Expertise : At least 5+ years of experience in marketing within the film or TV industry, with a history of executing successful campaigns.
- Campaign Success : Demonstrated success in running high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing vendor relationships to achieve marketing goals.
- Creative & Strategic : A forward-thinker who can adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
