Job Overview
We are seeking a payroll consultant to join one of our contract manufacturing clients within the medical device industry.
You will be helping with a recent implementation of Dayforce and helping with administration, configurations and the building out of modules within Dayforce, including Benefits and Recruiting to name a few.
In addition, Dayforce has been brought on as a managed service for payroll that is now running biweekly instead of monthly.
Duties
You will be on the onsite resource for anyone who has issues with payroll and act as the liaison between the client and Dayforce.
Some of the issues you could help in addressing would be if deductions aren't looking right, someone wasn't paid on time, or holiday / bonus pay wasn't processed correctly.
Experience
- Experience doing HRIS configurations, module build outs and administration specifically within Dayforce
- Working specifically within modules for benefits, open enrollment, recruiting, etc.
- Experience working within payroll and handling minor escalations relating to payroll
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
