Job Title : Member Service Center Representative
Job Description
- Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day by addressing members' inquiries, solving problems, and providing new product information.
- Answer members' telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner.
- Answer inquiries on banking products including checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit.
- Document all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly.
- Maintain good business relations with members, courteously and promptly resolving member problems or questions, and effectively assisting with member account problems.
- Determine members' financial service needs and recommend services and products that address these needs.
- Collect member loan payments.
- Handle various accounting transactions.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 year call center experience (2 years preferred)
- Must have recent customer service experience within the last 2 years
- Must have consistent job tenure; more than a year in each role
- Able to handle a high call volume

Previous banking MSR / CSR experience
