We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Natick, Massachusetts.
This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling customer inquiries, managing databases, and processing customer orders.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Process and confirm customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manage customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct data entry tasks as required, ensuring all customer information and order details are recorded accurately.
- Answer phone calls professionally and promptly, directing calls as necessary.
- Process purchase orders, ensuring all details are correct and all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Database Management is necessary
- Experience in answering customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
- Strong Data Entry skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic wholesale distribution environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- detail oriented demeanor and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent educational level
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of the wholesale distribution industry would be a plus.
