As part of the City of Minneapolis Sustainability Team and Climate Equity Action efforts, the Business Process and Data Analyst(s) will work in partnership with existing City staff and other stakeholders to identify areas where Climate and Environment performance management data reporting and tools can be improved.

The Health Department has two (2) vacancies that we seek to fill under this job posting. One of these positions will be focused on climate equity performance reporting impacts from city-wide programs and efforts.
The second position will work on climate equity performance as well as environmental health programs reporting.
Both positions will create data-driven processes, perform analysis, and develop reports and visuals to summarize progress towards health outcomes and climate equity goals.
This work will also include identifying and addressing program impact challenges, generating compelling visualizations and dashboards, and delivering innovative data solutions and programmatic interventions to improve program effectiveness.
