Opportunity Description
Currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Care LPN to join our team at our Client facility in Wayne, NJ.
We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are looking for a skilled LPN who shares our passion for delivering high-quality services.
Job Duties
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Document residents' progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe and clean environment
Experience & Skills Required
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
