About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1972 To $2191 Job Title : Social Worker Job Specialty : Social Services - Rehab Division Job Duration : 12 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1-2 years clinical inpatient experience preferred License : Licensed in the state Certifications : None specified Must-Have : 1-2 years of clinical inpatient experience Job Description : Provide social services within a rehabilitation division setting.
- Responsible for inpatient care in a facility with 30 beds.- Ensure comprehensive care by working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Address the needs of patients and families to facilitate rehabilitation progress.- Assess and support patients in navigating social and community resources.
- Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.- Adhere to the dress code of business casual attire.- Utilize Allscripts MACs for electronic medical records.
Additional Information : Position is to cover a leave request.- The role does not require floating to other units.
