Halff is seeking a Water and Wastewater Utilities Project Manager for our Tampa or Temple Terrace, FL offices. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, developing plans, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and pipelines. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for clients, overseeing project design, managing staff, mentoring less experienced team members, and engaging in marketing, project reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Water / Wastewater Utility projects, including pipeline and treatment plant planning and design
• Licensed PE, preferably in Florida or able to obtain within 6 months
• Strong decision-making and independent work skills
• Experience managing projects, clients, and support staff, with technical leadership capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with water / wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, water storage, and pipeline design is a plus
