Responsibilities - Service Technician :

  • Accurately diagnose and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Clearly document and communicate repair needs, required parts, and estimated repair time to Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and electronic components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Maintain detailed service and repair records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Install new equipment, components, and systems as needed.
  • Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle testing to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, based on expertise and certifications.

    • Qualifications / Requirements - Service Technician :

  • Service Technician Experience is Required.
  • ASE and / or Ford Certification is a Plus!
  • Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
  • Good work ethic and a can do attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
