In this role you will :
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple lines of business.
- Oversee full project life cycle, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to deployment.
- Balance structured project management with agile approaches to effectively manage projects amid uncertainties.
- Enhance project team performance through leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Provide executive-level communication, status reporting, and manage all aspects of project and program engagement.

- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Ability to blend traditional and agile project management approaches.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large, complex enterprise projects.
- Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and balance concurrent activities.
