This role requires a deep understanding of core operations throughout the supply chain to manage complex, global initiatives supporting a wide range of initiatives.
Success requires an individual to think strategically, connecting the dots of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the all key deliverables.
Candidates must be self-motivated, comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Act as an advocate for functional teams to define and deliver solution capabilities (requirements, solution design, planning algorithms, user experience, user-testing, etc.)
- Work with functional stakeholders to manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategy
- Inspire change by implementing new ideas effectively within the Apple culture; Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer- focused approach
- Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates; obtain executive approval and funding
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
