This position is ideal for a senior HVAC project management professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence in commercial construction .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC Project Portfolios : Oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout , ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance goals are achieved.
• Strategic Leadership : Partner with executive management to shape company strategy, expand market share, and drive organizational growth.
• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure project success and repeat business.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and improve processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) , and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all mechanical construction projects.
• Team Development : Mentor and train Project Managers , Superintendents , and Field Leaders to strengthen leadership across the organization.
• Risk and Financial Oversight : Manage budget forecasting , contract negotiations, change orders , and cost control with confidence and accuracy.
