What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Act as an agile subject matter expert and lead advocate for best practices in product ownership across the transformation portfolio
- Define and implement product ownership practices while collaborating with business leads to gather requirements and feedback
- Monitor and prioritize the Agile backlog for effective sprint planning and coordination with other Product Owners
- Facilitate technical feasibility assessments and develop use cases to drive business value for roadmap initiatives
- Serve as a product evangelist to enhance awareness and understanding of product capabilities across teams and the organization
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Public Health, Business Administration, Data, or Computer Science is desired
- 7+ years of experience in roles such as product owner, product management, scrum master, project manager, and business consultant
- Proven experience with interoperability, data aggregation, and data quality management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards, policies, and agencies including CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and TEFCA
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic sessions and solve complex business problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and / or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in coaching agile best practices and driving operational process changes
- Ability to manage program-level portfolio workloads with multiple project scopes
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in building organizational relationships
