VP, Partner Marketing

will develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue goals. This strategic leader will manage both internal and external stakeholders, cultivate impactful partner relationships, and grow and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in partner marketing working with Resellers and GSI's / SI's, experience managing large-scale budgets, and a proven track record in high-growth environments.

Your Day-to-Day RoleInternal Strategy & Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and implement a partner marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Grow and lead a team focused on performance, impact, and operational efficiency.Bring fresh ideas to the table, e.g. digital campaigns-in-a-box, and engage stakeholders creatively and strategically, driving outcome-focused agendas.

Proactively identify solutions to business challenges and ensure forward momentum.Articulate the company's market position and partner strategy, influencing messaging and direction.

Operate autonomously with strong decision-making skills.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive partner originated pipeline and revenue.

External Strategy & Partner RelationshipsCultivate strategic relationships with senior management in the channel, system integrator, ecosystem (Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft), and hyperscaler organizations.

Oversee partner marketing initiatives, including partner-led campaigns and events.Weave multi-channel strategies that leverage partners across field, event, integrated campaigns, digital, and ABM / ABX.

Partner with external enablement teams to drive adoption of key initiatives.Communicate at scale with partners to influence and drive awareness.

Develop "to" partner marketing plans that educate, engage, and influence our strategic partners.Collaborate on joint / "with" partner programs targeting shared customers and prospects.

Craft "through" partner marketing plans that communicate Own's brand message and differentiated value to customers and partners through channel and ecosystem partners.

Oversee co-created assets and manage communications.

Operational ManagementExperience in companies with at least $250M ARR ($500M+ desired).Manage a large budget with pipeline and revenue targets across multiple partners.

Initially act as both a builder and operator, providing hands-on support to a junior team.Embrace the principle of "doing more with less.

Develop operational and performance frameworks aligned with goals.

Analytics & CommunicationEstablish joint business plans and set KPIs aligned with goals by partner and geography.Evaluate and report ROI of partner programs;

provide strategic recommendations.Communicate strategy effectively at all levels, including the Executive Leadership Team.

Clearly convey plans and actions to a company-wide audience.Manage expectations with transparency, ensuring no surprises.

Consistently nurture partner relationships.

Executive PresenceLead confidently through change, demonstrating agility and adaptability.Serve as a culture carrier, embodying the company's values.

Your Work Experience

Extensive experience in partner marketing with a focus on strategic relationships and co-marketing initiatives.Proven ability to lead and scale a high-performing global team.

Expertise in managing large budgets and driving ROI.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Important DetailsThis is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of ourEnglewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days a week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.

Travel may be required.Own is dedicated to creating an environment where employees thrive, which is why base pay is only one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

This role may also be eligible for unlimited PTO, generous medical benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with a 4% employer match, discretionary bonuses / incentives, and stock options.
