Employs Nursing Professional Practice : Assesses identifies
appropriate nursing diagnoses plansimplements and evaluates
patients care. Develops updatesand coordinates the patients plan
of care to achievepatient goals and to optimize outcomes and
transitionsacross the care continuum. Monitors recordsand
communicates patient condition as appropriate.Performs and
maintains currency of essential competenciesas required by specific
area of hire and populationsserved.
Advocates : Effectively advocates forethical and holistic care by
partnering in care planningto promote the autonomy dignity
rights values and beliefsof those we serve.
Facilitates Learning : Fosters a learning environment for
patient / familiesnursing and other members of the healthcare team
includingstudents; facilitates formal and informal learningfor
patient / families nursing other members of thehealthcare team and
community.

Qualifications
RequiredQualifications :
Graduation froman accredited nursing program.
WashingtonRegistered Nurse License upon hire.
NationalProvider BLS American Heart Association uponhire.
National Provider NRP American Academy ofPediatrics upon hire.
1 year Nursingexperience.
