About the project :

The new organisation will participate in Semco Maritimes international energy projects and focus on the attractive opportunities in the Polish renewable energy market, which is growing rapidly with the prospect of several interesting wind energy projects being established and expected to increase the production of offshore wind energy to 8 GW by 2030.

Local presence is crucial for Semco Maritimes ability to tender for these projects and establish a strong network in the region where many collaborators and customers are already represented.

You will be a part of our Procurement Organisation. The Project Buyer acts as team player in daily operations in the Procurement department, Renewables, and project team(s) Your will provide general procurement support to Renewables, sourcing and pricing support for tenders and procurement planning, purchasing and order expediting for projects.

Your responsibilities :

• Perform Requisition-to-Purchase Order process within IFS
• Handling of the sourcing process for goods and services to Renewables and projects
• Expediting of orders to ensure on-time deliveries
• Handling of internal and external correspondence related to the procurement
• Update IFS with order, invoicing, and supplier information
• Interface and coordinate with internal and external project team members and document communications between Semco Maritime, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure that the proper document templates are used for the project

Our requirements :

Professional competences :

• Bachelors or Master degree in Logistic, Engineering or other relevant education
• Broad knowledge and min 1-2 years experience within Procurement and Sourcing for renewables, offshore / onshore wind, and / or oil & gas projects
