Job Title : Quality Engineer
Location : Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Duration / Term : Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Testing : Proficient in using Selenium WebDriver with Java for automation testing .
- Mobile Automation : Experienced in Appium for mobile automation testing with Java.
- Testing Frameworks : Strong expertise in TestNG / Junit.
- API Testing : Extensive experience in API testing.
- Tools & Technologies : Hands-on experience with Version control (GIT), SQL, CI / CD tools (Jenkins), Build Tools (Maven, ANT, etc.
Debugging Tools (Charles / Fiddler), Monitoring tools (New Relic), Agile Management Tool (JIRA), and Test Management Tool (TestRail).
Performance Testing : Experience with performance testing tools to measure server & client-side metrics.
Experience :
3+ years of experience in testing news websites, subscription products, SEO, ads, metrics, and video players (live / on-demand) on desktop & mobile platforms.
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to work across agile development environments .
- Performance Testing experience is critical to measure various metrics on both server and client-side.
