We’re building a more open world. Join us. Finance Manager, Brand Marketing Finance Growth Marketing Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting Retail Brands.

Then this role is for you What you’ll do : Partner with Brand and Creative teams to develop insights that accelerate profitability.

Partner with business leads and Finance stakeholders to execute accurate and timely monthly forecasting and analysis. Combine marketing knowledge and mastery of large data sets to identify R&O and influence marketing decisions.

Increase rigor in marketing and financial processes to further enable transparency and accountability of marketing spend.

Lead weekly insights that include key financial and operational metrics. Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for teams supported.

Influence decision-making to ensure business partners meet the financial objectives of the Marketing organization. Develop business cases, post-mortem evaluations, identify process gaps, and drive improvements.

Perform variance analysis and expected outcomes to communicate accurate outlook. Develop deep understanding of marketing channel economics, KPIs, and cross-channel dynamics.

Who you are : Advanced analytic, modeling, and forecasting skills with Advanced Excel skills & experience using SQL. Ability to get in the details and at the same time understand the overall big picture.

Ability to interpret and communicate data to financial and non-financial teams. High level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement.

Excel in working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. BA required; MBA preferred. 5 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.

00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
