Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal access, and ID cards
Provide exceptional service with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented support
Resolve member issues efficiently through clear communication and active listening
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency)
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Local to one of the specified locations (Philadelphia, PA; Columbus, OH; Houston, TX; Bloomington, MN; Salt Lake, UT)
