You will be responsible for ensuring your clients receive everything they need while offering additional beneficial products.

No problem! If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in INDUSTRY .

Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $35,000 and you can expect to make an additional $7,000 in commission during your first year.

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Maintains phone time as determined by management.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Handle customer renewals.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Professional phone etiquette.

Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required

Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
