Job Description
Bravo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Adoption and Training Specialist.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement adoption strategies for new technologies or processes with the organization.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs and materials tailored to different user groups.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training plans accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effective ness of training programs, adjusting as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing questions and concerns related to new technologies or processes.
- Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption of new tools and practices throughout the organization.
- Track and report on adoption metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in training and adoption initiatives, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
