As a Resource Manager , you are responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of a variety of administrative and operational needs for the firm.
You will be handling multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that works across the entire organization, engages with staff at all levels, and identifies and implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage and execute resource management process :
- Review project / staffing pipelines, including timelines, and resources, to ensure operational efficiency and project success
- Drive scheduling process to prepare for future deadlines; balance capacity with open needs and proposing solutions to maximize utilization and drive profitability
- Use tools to generate and analyze weekly reports and key business metrics
- Ensure consistency by implementing resource management processes and teaming with personnel to ensure compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership :
- Stay current in understanding the organizational matrix (solutions, markets, geographies, lines of business, internal functions) and be up to date on changes as they occur
- Proactively communicate with Managers, Partners and industry leaders to ensure projects are executed to plan, including quality control
- Support strategic resource management projects and initiatives throughout the year
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum five years of related experience preferably within consulting, law practice or finance
- Real Estate experience a plus
- Demonstrated level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Project Management proficiency and related experience
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Interest in connecting with others and helping drive forward the strategic vision of resource management
