We are currently working with a well-established real estate development company that is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator to join their dynamic team.
As a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities :
- Contact potential leads through various channels, including email, phone, text, and social media.
- Accompany clients to property sites
- Discuss conditions of sale and negotiate terms with potential customers
- Follow up with leads to increase sales conversion
- Oversee the entire sales process, from updating inventory spreadsheets to closing deals and recording documents.
- Prepare customer packages and ensure timely delivery
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Effectively interact as a team member and collaborate with other departments
- Meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Ability to communicate with customers in Spanish when necessary
Experience, Education, Skill Requirements :
- NMLS License required
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to other sites within Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Laredo, Houston, and Donna)
- Availability to work some weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Superior organizational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook)
