Applicants will be a part of EQUI-VEST Innovation & Implementation squad under the Group Retirement Educator's Tribe that supports the Equitable Group Retirement business in the K-12 market.

We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity; enabling us to discover deeper insights about our business and identify innovative ways to accelerate our growth.

A successful candidate will :

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced analytical skills and business knowledge to discover in-depth insights
  • Develop executive presentations and present actionable recommendations to shape the strategic thinking of senior leadership
  • Identify new and emerging technology trends to enable more in-depth insights and / or accelerate our growth
  • Lead the development of business cases in partnership with business area leaders and stakeholders to generate senior management support for pilot initiatives
  • Manage cross-functional and complex projects to enhance customer and prospect engagement capabilities
  • Mentor employees in developing their skills and identifying alternative approaches (and solutions) to roadblocks
  • Track and analyze the outcomes and impact of various initiatives post-implementation
  • Partner with analytics teams to assist with the development of data strategy and automation of reporting capabilities for the Group Retirement organization.
  • Liaise with product development, marketing and implementation teams to coordinate efforts and identify resource and other constraints to initiative implementation

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $90,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.

In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.

Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Bachelor’s in business management, finance or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant technical skills and experience required : exceptional knowledge of Excel and Access.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals across a wide range of seniority levels and business areas
  • Self-starter with ability to think outside of the box to deliver solutions and solve business problems
  • Experience with life insurance and annuity product analysis and / or business data analysis preferred

Project Management : Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
