We are seeking a VP of Finance and Operations to join our team in Pasadena, California. The role involves leading and managing the identification, development, implementation, and reporting of key operational and financial performance metrics across our organization.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving accountability and cross-functional alignment towards shared goals, ensuring that our operational framework evolves in line with our needs.

Responsibilities include :

  • Leading and managing the development and implementation of key operational and financial performance metrics.
  • Driving and owning the OKR (goal-setting) and budget process to facilitate cross-functional alignment towards shared goals.
  • Developing, tracking, and managing budget and cash flow across the organization to support OKRs and drive towards profitability.
  • Producing timely and accurate financial reports and analyses which reflect operational choices and their impact.
  • Implementing, managing, and streamlining the company's daily operations, including finance, HR, legal, office, admin, payroll, A / P, A / R.
  • Providing analytical, consulting, and execution support across teams and for our clients, such as client ROI models and analyses, value-based pricing models.
  • Developing and maintaining well-researched, data-driven, value-based pricing models across products and services based on solid ROI analyses.
  • Leading or supporting special projects as needed.
  • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and operations
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must
  • Familiarity with Concur software is needed
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is required
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
  • Must have extensive knowledge in Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is desired
  • Must be able to manage Annual Budget effectively
  • Experience in Auditing is required
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary
  • Ability to set Object & Key Results (OKR) is a must
  • Must have experience in Annual Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting is required
  • Knowledge of Financial reporting standards is necessary
  • Experience in Clinical operations is required
  • Familiarity with Clinical Trial Operations is necessary
  • Proficiency in Operations management is desired
  • Experience in Operations Finance is necessary
  • Must be able to perform Cash Flow Analysis
  • Familiarity with Cash Flow Modeling is needed
  • Ability to create Cash Flow Reports is a must
  • Experience in making Cash Flow Forecasts is required
  • Proficiency in KPI Reporting is necessary.
