11am-7 : 30pm UPS Shuttles

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the 11am-7 : 30pm UPS Shuttles position. This role involves supporting operations by managing warehouse activities such as generating manifests, interpreting warehouse documents, organizing merchandise, and assembling customer orders. The position requires working under direct supervision to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate manifests to dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders.
• Interpret various warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated areas.
• Organize and place merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Prepare products for distribution within the facilities.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on palettes, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping.
• Arrange stock parts in a specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
• Create and enter records for the manifest on the warehouse computer system.

Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles, where forklifts and hand carts are rapidly navigating in safety-conscious directions. The warehouse is non-climate controlled, and the use of cellphones or electronics is prohibited. Acceptable footwear includes sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
