Shift : Day Shift, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description :
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel PET / CT Technologist for a rewarding opportunity in Utica, NY. This position involves working daytime shifts from Monday to Friday with no weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities.
The role offers the chance to utilize your expertise in PET and CT imaging in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform PET and CT imaging procedures using GE Discovery scanners and Siemens Definition CTs.
- Conduct F18 FDG, PSMA, and Ga-68 exams with proficiency.
- Operate EMR systems including EPIC and Change Healthcare PACS.
- Utilize TeraRecon for 3D imaging as needed.
- Complete approximately 6 to 8 exams per day.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety during all procedures.
- Follow established protocols for the utilization of Nuclear Medicine for disease diagnosis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PET / CT imaging.
- PET experience is required.
- BLS and ARRT certification required.
- New York State licensure required.
- Completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology Program.
- NMTCB and / or ARRT certification required.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, including EPIC and Change Healthcare PACS.
