WHAT YOU WILL DO :
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Louisville store location. The Store Manager's main focus is to hire, train, and develop branch employees as well as ensure our valued customers have the best experience! How do we do that?
Our Store Manager leads by example and ensures all store operations are handled in a thorough and professional manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Hire, train, develop, challenge, evaluate, and manage branch employees.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
- Ensure selling floor and warehouse are adequately stocked, clean, and product is put away properly.
- Manage shipping and receiving warehouse functions.
- Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ability to perform all functions within the store.
- Ensure store inventory accuracies with daily cycle counting.
- Daily coaching and interaction with employees.
- Help provide a safe work environment for all employees.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED :
- Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of employees
- Construction industry experience or knowledge preferred, but not required
- Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
