Associate Client Executive - FindLaw
The Associate Client Executive - FindLaw is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships in order to achieve client and revenue retention goals within an assigned territory or team. This will be done by proactive and reactive management for each assigned account, close partnership with Field Consultants, and working cross functionally with all areas of FindLaw departments that support our business. The position is Hybrid and will be based out of Eagan, MN.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Associate Client Executive, FindLaw, you will :
- Achieve monthly retention and renewal targets
- Develop and execute on strategy to retain assigned client base and associated revenue; assist with renewal portfolio growth
- Provide a high level of customer care for all clients through cultivating, maintaining and growing client relationships
Communicate and Collaborate
Responsible for managing time and responsibilities, and prioritizing as-needed by following set outreach cadence to customers within the renewal windowMaintain an accurate and up-to-date renewal forecast using business system logging requirements and proper documentationInvolved in strategic planning to execute on business objectives, and able to problem solveMay train or mentor colleaguesCustomer Focus (Relationships - Internal / External)
Strong understanding of the customer's needs / requirements and prioritiesCommunicates information effectively, checks for understanding, provides account recommendations to drive retention and growth strategiesResponds to non-standard requests from customers; investigates with assistance from others as neededActs as the primary, internal point of contact for assigned accounts and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners / stakeholdersAbout You

Previous FindLaw client management experience and a four-year degree preferredMinimum of 2 years client management and / or sales and marketing experienceProven success with retention of client population and associated revenueWell-developed negotiation skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts requiredStrong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone, requiredThe ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in accordance with service level agreementsOwnership mindset with high accountability to customer outcomesAn understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes preferred An understanding and / or experience working with the legal industry preferredWhat's in it For You?
