We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a remote Sales Producer. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the potential goal of progressing into agency ownership.
We are seeking a motivated individual with prior insurance experience and an active Illinois resident property and casualty license to join our team.

Salary Range : $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting our insurance products and services to prospective clients.
In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency.
This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.
- Training and Development : Participate in a comprehensive training program to become proficient in insurance products, industry regulations, and our agency's systems and processes.
- Client Interaction : Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by understanding their individual needs, providing quotes, and offering expert guidance.
- Policy Management : Handle policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Sales Support : Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Must be an Illinois resident
- Prior experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance.
- Active Michigan property and casualty insurance license where business will be conducted.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients remotely.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
