THE POSITION
Our Systems Administrator will have a significant role in the success of the company. This role will be a part of a global team of IT professionals and will be working closely with our development teams, DevOps support, and other stakeholders.
This individual will have the exciting opportunity to work on developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and software development environment onsite for our North America entity.
As our Systems Administrator, you’ll lead the charge in managing our IT environment from overseeing the technical aspects but also taking care of user accounts, hardware, etc.

THE JOB
Our System Administrator will be responsible for :
- Provide responsive help-desk support, resolve technical issues, and assist with new employee provisioning and onboarding.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems.
- Administer and support Windows client and server environments, including setup and maintenance.
- Perform basic networking tasks, such as managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect digital assets.
- Collaborate on team projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT environment.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and prevent disruptions.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies, software, and hardware upgrades.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years in a Systems Administrator role or related IT positions.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD security clearance and travel internationally to meet with internal / external stakeholders.
- Open to continuous learning. Must be willing to obtain certifications as required by projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic Networking (TCP / IP configuration & troubleshooting, Routing, DNS, DHCP)
- Expertise in administering and supporting Windows Server 2019 or 2022.
- Proficient in Windows Systems Administration Tools (Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, SCCM, Hyper-V, WinRM)
- Proficiency in administering and supporting Windows 11 desktop clients.
- Experience with backup / restore solutions (NetBackup, Veeam, or similar)
- Familiarity with enterprise threat-detection or antivirus administration, e.g. McAfee Endpoint Security, Palo Alto Cortex, or similar.
- Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, forensics and problem-solving ability.
- Adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset; calm under pressure.

BONUS SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- CompTIA A+ certification, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security+ certifications
- Experience with Linux system administration, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Azure or Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with working with information security in relation to CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.
- Knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Facility Clearance Level (FCL) requirements.
