Key responsibilities for this role include :

  • Providing strategic support and direction to the district sales team
  • Managing the sales team to drive sales strategies and expand business
  • Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales objectives
  • Assist and coach sales reps to develop and implement customer-specific action plans.
  • Perform sales calls and vendor relations with customers and potential customers in the district
  • Researching competitor and industry activity to introduce new products and services
  • Developing programs to drive growth in any economic condition
  • Maintain accurate reporting and records for proper district management

Requirements for the position :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science or Business field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the lab or healthcare industry
  • Strong sales management experience and proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent business, selling, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations
