What You Will Be Doing :

As the Electrical Supervisor for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will lead a team of electricians and electrician helpers as they complete electrical installs for industrial packaging. The position works closely with production, project management and quality in collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue / profit for YES.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities :

• Lead and manage a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Coordinate and oversee electrical installations, repairs, and other projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
• Follow all quality standards and hold team accountable to quality targets.
• Complete all necessary inspection checklists and documentation. Record any issues found and the corrective actions taken.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
