Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the business development team focused on federal / state government account management, capture, and proposal developmentDevelop and maintain operational processes and procedures for proposals and business development presentationsTrack and analyze account management, capture, and proposal results while identifying best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or 5 years of related work experience in lieu of education7+ years of experience managing a team of proposal / capture professionals5+ years of experience in capture / winning proposal development, particularly in government contractingStrong knowledge of the proposal development process and experience with government contractsExperience with proposal management software tools and proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
