Administrative Assistant Job Details :
- Schedule : Monday- Friday 830a-5p
- Pay Rate : $20 / hr.

Administrative Assistant Job Description :
- Primary responder to answer phone calls
- Book consultation appointments for prospective clients
- Screen incoming calls for potential clients within the scope of the firm
- Collect paperwork and enter data into case management system
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks including but not limited to; report reviews, calendar audits and emailing
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm preferred - not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Data entry and spreadsheet management, ability to utilize all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with case management system
- Must pass background clearances
