Role Overview :
As a Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and managing contract terms that drive customer satisfaction and safeguard company interests.
Your role will involve negotiating, executing, and overseeing contracts, supporting smooth sales operations, and contributing to the company’s growth and leadership in the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Review and approve customer forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze Contract Bid RFQs and provide essential details to relevant teams.
- Draft initial terms and conditions for RFQ responses.
- Author, review, negotiate, and manage contract documents.
- Act as the main point of contact for all contract-related matters with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
