Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
Professionally respond to customer inquiries and follow up on complicated interactions
Record details of customer interactions and identify priority issues for management
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
1 year of call center experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills, including navigation and typing (30+ words per minute)
Fluency in English and French (required)
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
