A company is looking for a Specialty Tax Administrator to provide high-level administrative support for the Specialty Tax team.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and track tax notices from clients
Gather data by collaborating with clients and Tax Department personnel
Assist in preparing and submitting documentation to tax authorities
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of two years of experience in a support role, preferably in a CPA or law firm
High school diploma or GED; preferred Associates / Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
