- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to patient needs.- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Please ensure to include relevant licenses and certifications as required, and adjust as necessary for the position.
