Branch Manager Job Description
Are you ready to lead a thriving business and make an impact in your community? We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee a growing operation within the Trench Safety / Construction Industry.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a diverse team across multiple functions, including sales, service, maintenance, and logistics.
You'll ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and overall profitability while driving business growth.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and business management skills who is ready to take on the challenge of running a high-performing branch.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily branch operations, focusing on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Drive business initiatives and oversee sales efforts
- Prepare and present various financial reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly reviews, and annual budgets
- Handle personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including audits, training, and compliance with OSHA, DOT regulations, and drug / alcohol testing
- Address other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of business management experience with profit and loss responsibility, ideally within a branch or other business unit
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with budget management
- Strong sales and customer service background, with outside sales experience being a plus
- Proven leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in the equipment rental industry is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
This position involves working in a safety-sensitive environment and requires adherence to all safety-related policies and procedures.
