Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will :

  • Provide compassionate care to a loyal patient base.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in community outreach and health education initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Previous practice experience (preferred but not required).
  • A passion for serving underserved populations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    • Support for International Physicians

    We offer various visa support options, including :

  • J-1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty.
  • H-1B support via the H-1B lottery.
  • O-1 visa support.

    • Attractive Recruitment Package

    We believe in rewarding our team members! Our recruitment package may include :

  • Guaranteed Base Salary : Starting at $240,000
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $100,000
  • Student Loan Repayment : $20,000 per year
  • Residency Stipend : $2,000 per month
  • Paid Malpractice Insurance
  • Generous PTO : 25 days
  • CME Allowance : $3,000 and 5 days off for CME
