Job purpose

The NeoSystems IT Services Project Management Office (PMO) manages projects and activities for all IT Services organizations.

As such, the PMO has an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager that will become part of an integrated team of professionals supporting our customers embarking on technology implementations focused on security technologies, cyber security, and compliance in an agile and adaptive methodology.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop detailed and integrated project plans including dependencies, risks and resources
  • Establish and review project budgets
  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Project status reporting and performance monitoring
  • Ensuring project success by monitoring deadlines, budgets, resourcing and deliverables
  • Escalate issues and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Review statements of work for accuracy and clarification of work efforts
  • Review of deliverables and work product to ensure quality assurance
  • Assisting in defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities on assigned projects
  • Coordinate governance and process plans with clients and internal teams :

  • Status reporting to internal executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Support process management and documentation activities

Qualifications

Qualifications include :

  • Experience in cybersecurity solutions, CMMC and other complex compliance projects
  • 5-10 active project management experience
  • BA / BS in appropriate field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven work experience in project management and enterprise level engagements in fields of technology implementations
  • Use of Project Management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Wrike, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational, detailed and multitasking skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications (Scrum) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple project engagements simultaneously (10-15)

Working conditions

As part of the Project Management team, Project Managers work normal business hours, however, from time to time may be required to alter schedules and activities based on support of client activities and engagements where clients may be in other time zones or even countries that are not US based.

Allow this is a remote position, it may require the candidate to travel to client meetings when necessary. It is expected that travel will be less than 25% for this role.
