The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items and growing selection.

Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers.

In this role, you will collaborate across external service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other internal partners to build transportation solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of affordable shipping services and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience.

You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer experience by increasing SWW capabilities and functionality by enhancing existing policies and launching industry-leading products.

You will apply a general management perspective and a data-driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap.

  • You work with internal and external partners across both domestic and cross-border eCommerce supply chains and understand key metrics and actions that drive performance.
  • You have excellent business writing and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and leadership at all levels, both internal and external.
  • You engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders including product, strategy, and engineering.
  • You are comfortable with multiple priorities and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’re experienced with executing cross-functional projects without direct authority over the teams involved.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Data Science experience.
  • Strong SQL and Python experience.
  • Problem Solving skills.
