About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager who would own Client Relationships including successful sales through service, active, current and accurate documentation of all things relationship, focus on growing the relationship, managing expectations, delivering expected outcomes and simplifying the business. This position will be responsible for leading the client to increase the overall business value and maintaining active, current and accurate documentation of the overall client relationship. This position understands pricing and financial implications of assigned relationships and is able to clearly communicate details.

Requirements :

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to complete internal course certifications as needed
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated progressive experience in relationship management or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet customer needs
  • Ability to execute virtual meetings
